George is the founder of Inflight, with over a decade of experience across live events, West End theatre and world touring production. With a background in musical theatre and live sound - including time as Head of Sound on major world tours - he has worked across countless theatres and venues, developing a deep understanding of how theatre and live-event creative processes come together, and the discipline live performance demands: the show must go on. That background, combined with years spent at the forefront of drone show technology - including as a founder and director of FlightShows - shaped the idea behind Inflight: bringing that same precision, storytelling and spectacle indoors, into theatres, arenas and live events. Having worked across some of the biggest stages and productions at a senior level, George understands that while innovation and spectacle are powerful, making the event happen - seamlessly, professionally and without compromise - is always the number one priority.
David has been part of the Inflight team from the very beginning, bringing a wealth of business and financial experience to the company. In a previous career as a financial adviser, he developed a strong understanding of strategy, planning, and the financial structures that support successful businesses. Having founded and operated several companies over the years, David is well-versed in what it takes to guide a growing organisation. His experience makes him a key part of the operational side of Inflight, helping ensure the business is built on solid foundations as it grows. David is particularly excited to be involved in such an innovative and developing market, supporting the team as Inflight continues to explore new possibilities within indoor drone technology.
Laura plays a key role within the Inflight team, helping ensure that the planning and organisation behind each project runs smoothly. With a background in live events and theatre, including experience as a stage manager, she brings a deep understanding of the logistics, coordination, and attention to detail required to deliver complex productions. Her experience in theatre has given her a strong appreciation for the moving parts behind every successful show from scheduling and communication to ensuring the right people and resources are in the right place at the right time. This experience translates perfectly into the fast-moving world of live event technology. At Inflight, Laura supports the operational side of the business, helping keep projects organised and ensuring the team can focus on delivering exceptional performances and experiences.
