Product Launches

Indoor drone shows create a powerful moment of anticipation around a product reveal. A coordinated swarm can move dynamically through the space, building energy in the room before the key moment of the launch. Whether used to open the event, transition into the reveal, or highlight a keynote presentation, the movement of the drones adds theatre, atmosphere and a sense of spectacle that turns a product launch into a truly memorable experience.

Meet The Stars Of Your Show

Inflight Stars

While the choreography and creativity capture the audience’s attention, the real stars of the show are the drones themselves. Designed specifically for indoor performance environments, these drones are incredibly small and lightweight, making them safe to operate above audiences and performers alike. Their precision positioning systems allow them to move smoothly and accurately through complex choreography, creating fluid movement and breathtaking visual moments.

Engineered to be exceptionally quiet, they are perfectly suited to theatre productions, gala dinners, product launches and other indoor events where sound levels matter. Each drone carries a bright, individually controlled LED, appearing as a single point of light that can move gracefully through the air, creating waves, patterns and moments of spectacle that feel almost magical.

Together, these tiny flying performers combine cutting-edge technology with artistic choreography, turning the air above your audience into a dynamic stage of light and motion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your questions answered about our drone light shows.

Yes. The drones used for indoor shows are small, lightweight and designed specifically for flying in close proximity to people. Every show is carefully planned with safety procedures, flight zones and technical checks to ensure safe operation.

In many cases, yes. The lightweight drones used for indoor shows are designed for safe operation around audiences. However, this is always assessed on a venue-by-venue basis through risk assessments and show planning.

Indoor drone shows typically use between 20 and 200 drones, depending on the size of the venue and the type of effect required. Smaller fleets can create beautiful motion and atmosphere, while larger fleets can produce more complex aerial moments.

Typically, our shows range from 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your event’s requirements. We aim to provide an unforgettable experience that fits seamlessly into your schedule.

Absolutely! We love collaborating with our clients to bring their vision to life. From specific themes to music choices, let us know how you’d like to personalise your show.

Drone show pricing typically starts from around £5,000, but the final cost depends on several factors including the number of drones used, the location of the event, whether performers or other production elements are involved, and the level of custom design required. Additional considerations such as rehearsals, site visits, and technical setup can also influence the overall price. Our team will work with you to design a show that fits both your vision and your budget.

No. Indoor drone shows don’t require the same aviation licences as outdoor drone flights, as they operate outside regulated airspace. Instead, they are managed through detailed risk assessments, technical planning, and venue safety procedures.

Our team handles all of this for you, ensuring the show is planned and delivered safely within the venue environment.

Planning can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on the complexity of the show. This includes creative design, technical planning, venue preparation and rehearsals if required.

Indoor shows can work in a variety of venues including theatres, exhibition halls, arenas and ballrooms. The exact space required depends on the number of drones and the performance concept, but our team will assess the venue and design the show accordingly.

How Do Indoor Drone Shows Work?

Indoor drone shows combine advanced drone technology with carefully designed choreography to create dynamic aerial displays inside venues such as theatres, arenas, exhibition halls and event spaces. Unlike outdoor drone shows, indoor systems cannot rely on GPS signals, so they use a dedicated positioning system built specifically for the venue.

To achieve this, a network of positioning beacons is installed around the performance space, effectively creating a local “satellite-style” navigation system inside the building. These beacons are placed at both high and low points throughout the venue, allowing the drones to reference multiple signals simultaneously. By measuring their relationship to each beacon, the drones can determine their exact position within the room.

Because the beacons are positioned across different heights and angles, the drones are able to map and understand the full three-dimensional space of the venue. This allows them to know not just where they are on the stage floor, but precisely where they are within the entire volume of the room – whether that’s above a stage, over an audience, or moving through a larger architectural space.

Before a show takes place, every movement is programmed in specialised choreography software. Designers map out the flight paths of each drone, ensuring smooth transitions and coordinated movement across the space. Because every drone is controlled as part of a single system, they move together with millimetre-level precision, creating the illusion of floating light that responds to music, performers or key moments within the event.

Indoor drone shows are also exceptionally quiet compared with many traditional effects. This makes them particularly well suited to theatre, product launches and corporate events where the atmosphere and storytelling of the moment are just as important as the spectacle.

The result is a new kind of visual performance: a carefully choreographed dance of light that can move through a venue, surround a stage or interact with performers, creating moments that feel immersive, futuristic and completely unexpected for an audience.
